    Tim Sea Palms HOA B - 5 Stars

    AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME roofing company! The Sea Palms HOA Board would like

    to sincerely thank St Lucie Roofing for the amazing job they did re-roofing

    our buildings. This was a large project which included the re-roofing of

    our TEN buildings. In addition to roofing, they cut out and replaced all

    sidewall flashing, and they performed hurricane fortification by installing

    straps on all of our rafters. During the project they also identified and

    repaired many rotted areas on our WALLS and ROOFS due to old roof leaks.

    SLR installed new lumber, new flashing, stucco and repainted the rotted

    areas. It was simply amazing to have a roofing contractor who could tackle

    ALL types of scope. The expertise and capabilities made the project

    completely turn-key for the HOA Board and Property Manager. The re-roof and

    hurricane fortification work enabled Sea Palms to attain “Fortified Roof

    Certification” which ultimately allowed us to save over 35% on insurance

    cost annually. SLR has a GREAT team to back all of this up. The owner,

    Jeff, the Supervisor Ismail, and the Office/Project Manager Connie, were

    all amazing, very professional and quick to respond. Their work crews were

    professional, talented and VERY neat.
